Hormones
Hormones are at the centre of everything - from how we feel to how we function. Hormones impact everything from gut function, muscle growth and recovery, mood regulation, sleep and brain function. They also play a crucial role in energy levels, metabolism, skin health, immune function, and overall well-being.
There are over 50 hormones in our body working together. When our hormones are balanced, we thrive, but when they are out of sync, it can feel like our bodies are working against us. Just like in an orchestra, where each instrument contributes to a beautiful piece through perfect timing and harmony, your hormones work together to support balance across your body and create hormonal harmony.
Unfortunately today, we are exposed to so many endocrine (hormone) disruptors daily through food and drinks, inhalation of pollutants, touching of plastics (yep, all those pesky receipts!), and absorption of products through our skin.
Because hormones work in a delicate harmony, even small disruptions can trigger a domino effect, leading to a range of symptoms that affect overall well-being.
My goal is to help you understand these toxins, remove or limit their exposure and optimise your biology to align with your unique natural rhythm and achieve hormonal harmony.
I'm a passionate advocate for living holistically and believe hormones are the key to not only feeling your best but living a vibrant, fulfilling life.

Biohacking
Biohacking is the practice of using science, technology and lifestyle changes to optimise your body’s natural processes for improved health and well-being.
It involves making small, intentional adjustments to your diet, exercise, sleep and other habits based on data, self-experimentation and cutting-edge research.
When you biohack, you’re looking at your body as a system, with nutrition and lifestyle as inputs, and aspects like hormonal balance, vitality and energy as outputs. We measure what we see and how we feel and tweak the inputs to get the desired outputs.
The 6 pillars to biohacking are:
1. Nutrition & gut health
2. Lifestyle
3. Supplementation
4. Exercise & movement
5. Science & biology
6. Mental health & stress management
Biohackers seek to enhance physical and mental performance, improve energy levels, and address specific health concerns. Biohacking creates a life-long roadmap to optimise your body.
